Abstract: The constructability of design impacts the project construction process. Early researches categorized the constructability problems into two types, the construction-technique-associated and the project-target-associated. And furthermore, this paper proposes a new kind of constructability problem which associated with construction safety. Abstract:

According to Qian Xuesen´s concept of the modern system of science and technology, the article focuses on his idea of the relation between science and fine arts. Science and fine arts are both different from each other and interlinked. They have origin, object, goal and soul in common. Scientific knowledge, scientific thinking (quantity intelligence) and artistic (including literary) knowledge, artistic thinking (quality intelligence) complement each other and promote each other, which is the key point of emergence of metasynthetic wisdom and creative thinking.

According to the experience and problems of seismic monitoring and earthquake prediction for many years in China, it was discussed the earthquake mechanism, preliminary methods for prediction research and the mechanism and miss report of Wenchuan Earthquake, analyzed prediction precursor of short-term and impending earthquake, seismometry application limitation and ground stress transfer and track, and put forward 9 suggestions for future earthquake prediction.
